Reverse Manhattan

• Bar Spoon
• Strainer

Ingredients:

• Sweet Vermouth – 2 oz
• Rye – 1 oz
• Aromatic Bitters – 2 dashes
• Cherries – 1 (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Stir ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Garnish with cherry.
