Ingredients:
- Aperol – 1.5 oz
- Pisco – 1 oz
- Lemon Juice – 0.5 oz
- Lime Juice – 0.25 oz
- Simple Syrup – 0.25 oz
- Egg White – 0.5 oz
- Aromatic Bitters – 2 dashes
Instructions:
- Dry shake until foamy.
- Add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
