Ingredients:
- Absinthe – to rinse glass
- Vodka – 2 oz
- Sake – 0.75 oz
- Honey – 0.25 oz
- Cherry – 1
Instructions:
- Wash glass with absinthe.
- Stir vodka, sake, and honey well with ice.
- Strain into a glass.
- Optionally garnish with a cherry.
