Ingredients:
- Fresh Lychee (chopped)
- Mint Leaves – 10
- Lychee Liqueur – 0.75 oz
- Lime Juice – 0.75 oz
- White Rum – 1.5 oz
- Club Soda – 3 oz
- Mint Leaves – 3 (for garnish)
- Lime – 1 slice
- Lychee – 2 units
Instructions:
- Chop fresh lychee.
- Muddle lychee, mint leaves, and lychee liqueur in a shaker.
- Add lime juice and white rum.
- Shake with ice.
- Strain into a pint glass over ice.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with mint leaves, a lime slice, and lychee.
