• Shaker
• Strainer

Ingredients:

• Amaro – 0.75 oz
• Green Chartreuse – 0.75 oz
• Lime Juice – 0.75 oz
• Simple Syrup – 0.5 oz
• Egg White – 0.5 oz
• Saline Solution – 3 drops
• Lime – 1 peel

Instructions:

1. Dry shake ingredients until foamy.
2. Add ice and shake again.
3. Strain into glass.
4. Garnish with a lime peel.
