Ingredients:
- Mint – 3 sprigs
- Gin – 2 oz
- Lime Juice – 0.75 oz
- Simple Syrup – 0.75 oz
- Peychaud’s Bitters – 2 dashes
- Aromatic Bitters – 2 dashes
- Mint (for garnish) – 1 sprig
Instructions:
- Muddle mint leaves in a shaker.
- Add gin, lime juice, and simple syrup, then dry shake.
- Pour into a highball glass over ice.
- Add bitters and swizzle the drink.
- Garnish with one sprig of mint.
