Ingredients:

• Mezcal – 2 oz
• Lime Juice – 0.75 oz
• Grenadine – 1 oz
• Ginger Beer – 5 oz
• Mint Sprigs – 3

Instructions:

1. Stir mezcal, lime juice, and grenadine with ice.
2. Strain into a highball glass over ice.
3. Top with ginger beer.
4. Garnish with mint sprigs.
