Ingredients:

• Campari – 1 oz
• Pisco – 0.5 oz
• White Wine – 2.5 oz
• Grapefruit Bitters – 4 dashes
• Club Soda – 1.5 oz
• Grapefruit Slice – 1

Instructions:

1. Stir campari, pisco, white wine, and bitters with ice.
2. Strain into a highball glass over ice.
3. Top with club soda.
4. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
