Cognac Crusta

• Shaker
• Strainer

Ingredients:

• Sugar
• Cognac – 2 oz
• Orange Liqueur – 0.25 oz
• Maraschino Liqueur – 0.25 oz
• Lemon Juice – 0.5 oz
• Simple Syrup – 0.5 oz
• Aromatic Bitters – 2 dashes
• Lemons – 1 peel

Instructions:

1. Add sugar to the rim of the glass.
2. Shake ingredients with ice.
3. Strain into glass.
4. Garnish with lemon peel.
