Ingredients:
- Coffee Grounds – 2 oz
- Campari – 1 oz
- Gin – 1 oz
- Sweet Vermouth – 1 oz
- Orange Peel – 1
- (Optional) Coffee Beans – 3
Instructions:
- Infuse Campari with coffee grounds for at least 10 minutes.
- Strain out coffee grounds.
- Add gin and sweet vermouth to the infused Campari.
- Shake with ice.
- Strain into a lowball glass over ice.
- Garnish with orange peel and optionally, 3 coffee beans.
