• Strainer

Ingredients:

• Pisco – 1.75 oz
• Blue Curaçao – 0.5 oz
• Lime Juice – 0.75 oz
• Simple Syrup – 0.25 oz
• Egg White – 0.75 oz

Instructions:

1. Sry shake ingredients until foamy.
2. Shake again with ice.
3. Strain into chilled glass.
