Ingredients:

• Port Wine – 1.75oz 
• Cognac – 1oz 
• Heavy Cream – 1oz 
• Egg White – 1 
• Sugar – 0.25oz 
• Yellow Chartreuse – 0.25oz 
• Nutmeg – 1 pinch

Instructions:

1. Shake ingredients until foamy.
2. Shake again with ice.
3. Strain into chilled glass.
