Ingredients:
- Port Wine – 1.75oz
- Cognac – 1oz
- Heavy Cream – 1oz
- Egg White – 1
- Sugar – 0.25oz
- Yellow Chartreuse – 0.25oz
- Nutmeg – 1 pinch
Instructions:
- Shake ingredients until foamy.
- Shake again with ice.
- Strain into chilled glass.
