Ingredients:
- Basil – 12 leaves (for muddling)
- Gin – 2.0 oz
- Lemon Juice – 2.0 oz
- Simple Syrup – 0.25 oz
- Egg White – 0.5 oz
- Saline Solution – 3 drops
- Basil – 3 leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Muddle basil leaves in a shaker.
- Add remaining ingredients and dry shake.
- Shake with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Float basil leaves on top.
