• Strainer

Ingredients:

• Aperol – 0.75 oz
• Mezcal – 1 oz
• Maraschino Liqueur – 0.25 oz
• Lime Juice – 0.75 oz
• Grapefruit –  1 peel

Instructions:

1. Shake ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled glass.
3. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
