• Strainer

Ingredients:

• Applejack – 1 oz
• Rye – 1 oz
• Sweet Vermouth – 1 oz
• Yellow Chartreuse – 0.25 oz
• Aromatic Bitters – 2 dashes
• Orange – 1 peel

Instructions:

1. Stir ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into glass over ice.
3. Garnish with orange peel.
