Amaretto Sour

• Lowball Glass

Suggested Tools:

• Shaker
• Strainer

Ingredients:

• Amaretto – 2 oz
• Lemon Juice – 1 oz
• Aromatic Bitters – 2 dashes
• Egg White – 0.5 oz
• Lemon – 1 slice
• Cherries – 1

Instructions:

1. Add ingredients to shaker and shake without ice until foamy.
2. Shake again with ice.
3. Strain into glass over ice.
4. Add aromatic bitters.
5. Add 1 slice of lemon for garnish.
6. Add 1 cherry for garnish.
