Ingredients:

  • Vodka – 1.5 oz
  • Blue Curacao – 0.75 oz
  • Orange Liqueur – 0.5 oz
  • White Vermouth – 0.5 oz
  • Orange Bitters – 2.0 dashes
  • Orange – 1.0 peel (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Shake ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into glass over ice.
  3. Garnish with an orange peel.
